Hello everybody and welcome to today's practice. So today I'm doing the voiceover. I had a little

trouble with DaVinci not working right so we're doing a workout today for our neck,

shoulders, and our jaw and hold all of our tension in our neck and shoulders. So

we're just going to start with looking move your head up and down very slowly.

Just take nice deep breaths here.
